What Are Growth Skills?
Growth skills are specialized AI agent personas that help founders build product-led growth (PLG) strategy without hiring a $20K consultant.
Unlike generic prompts, these skills:

Why This Order Matters
The suite runs Context → Research → Strategy → Execution.plg-strategy is the synthesizer, not the opener — running it after the research means its Snapshot (and every execution skill downstream) rests on real customer and market findings, not first-pass assumptions.
You can still invoke any skill directly. The sequence is a recommendation, not a lock.

How It Works: The 4 Stages
Stage 1: Context founder-context interviews you about your business, auto-drafts the full context, and saves it so nothing gets re-asked.
Stage 2: Research icp-research and competitive-intel run in parallel. One finds your desperate customer. The other finds your real moats.
Stage 3: Strategy plg-strategy synthesizes the research into alternative strategies, a numbered action list, and a 30-day plan. It writes a Strategy Snapshot + Decision Log that the execution skills obey.
Stage 4: Execution viral-loops, content-strategy, and growth-metrics pick up the Strategy Snapshot and build the actual growth engine — loops, channels, and metrics.
Why I Built This
I’ve watched founders burn six months on the wrong ICP because nobody asked them to prove it. I’ve seen teams track 20 vanity metrics because nobody told them to kill 17. Growth strategy shouldn’t be gatekept.
