Your stack is costing $5k/mo but slowing you down? Your tech debt is killing velocity? I audit what to cut, what to keep, and what to rebuild to ship faster.

2. Product-Led Growth
Onboarding that doesn’t activate, features no one uses, churn you can’t explain. I help fix activation, retention, and monetization — from inside the product, not just marketing.

3. Fractional CTO / CPO
You don’t need a full-time CTO/CPO yet, but you need someone who has been one. I work as a fractional partner to help you hire, set up processes, and make build vs buy decisions without burning cash.
